Image-Line Remote (IL Remote) is a Wi-Fi MIDI controller that seamlessly integrates with FL Studio on desktop and laptop computers. Compatible with tablets and phones, this free and versatile app allows users to effortlessly connect to FL Studio by simply opening the program on their computer and the IL Remote app on their iDevice, establishing a connection over the shared Wi-Fi network.
With IL Remote, users can take full control of FL Studio or link their preferred instrument and effect plugins, just as they would with any MIDI controller. Whether using a phone, tablet, or a combination of up to 15 devices, the included controller tabs provide access to various functions, including Transport Controls, MIDI Keyboard, FPC control, Harmonizer Keyboard, Performance Mode (Clip Launcher), Gross Beat FX, Mixer, and more. Furthermore, even if the desired control is not available, IL Remote allows users to create their own customized tabs and add controls such as Pads, Faders, Knobs, Jog Wheels, Mixer, Clip Launcher, X/Y Controls, Piano Keyboard, Harmonic Grid, and Containers. The customization options are extensive for each control element, ensuring that users can tailor their virtual MIDI controller to suit their unique needs.
